I am the photographer behind Charny Photography. Photography, for me, is about more than just images. It’s about people, connection, and capturing moments in a way that feels honest and true to who you are. I take a relaxed, collaborative approach to every shoot, creating a space where you can be yourself and feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Based in Canberra, I work across a wide range of photography, including family portraits, pets, events, concerts, and weddings. I enjoy the variety and challenge of different environments and stories, and I’m always open to adapting my style and approach to suit each client’s vision. No two shoots are the same, and I believe that’s exactly how it should be.

I’m more than happy to have a conversation, explore ideas, and negotiate requirements so the final result reflects what you’re truly looking for. While Canberra is home base, I’m also willing to travel for the right shoot.
